Subject: NC Trailer bill veto

This is a note from Jerry Dilsaver:

I don’t know how everyone feels, but I have spoken with several staffers at N.C. Senatorial and Representative offices and there is a feeling that they would seriously consider reconvening to override the governor’s veto of H 2167 if there is sufficient support from the public.  H 2167 is the bill to remove the permit for boat/trailer combinations up to 10 feet wide and allow towing of boats up to 10 feet wide on any day and boats up to 9-1/2 feet wide at night.

I am forwarding the link below to make it easy to show your support for asking the legislators to return to Raleigh and override the veto.  If you support this, please take a minute to do it as soon as possible.  It is important to act before the emotion cools.
