Bogue Pier is opening this weekend, just in time for Emerald Isle’s St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Check out there newly renovated web page, prominently featuring yours truly, Dr. Bogus (www.bogueinletpier.com) and celebrating its 50th anniversary.
Oceanana Resort will reopen on April 23rd, but it’s probably good to check with them, since they will often open the pier a little earlier depending on the weather (http://www.oceanana.com).
To our south on Topsail Island, Seaview Pier (www.seaviewfishingpier.com) has been open all winter.
Surf City Pier will be opening on March 26th (http://www.surfcityoceanpier.com).
