Surf had a Low of 73°, high of 79° with an average of 76.5°, a tad below normal. Sound had a Low of 70° and high of 84°(14° range) and an average of 78.4°. June surf temperatures were fairly flat with a very slight positive slope. Check out the graph, blue diamonds are the surf, red squares are the sound temperatures. By the way, June was another very wet month totaling nearly 9-inches leaving the sound and backwaters very dirty. That’s over 22-inches for May and June combined.
