INGREDIENTS:
12 middle necks or Top neck clams on the half shell
Small diced green pepper
Small diced red pepper
Small diced white onion
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped cooked bacon
½ cup chopped parsley
Provolone cheese
PREPARATION:
Mix first 8 ingredients, top clam with mix. Top with Provolone cheese, bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and beginning to caramelize.
