Water temps continued to hold above normal like they have much of last year and now in 2023. March temps bounced around all month but ended up basically flat again, during a month where we usually see a big rise. Why? The weather was erratic through the month. The surf temps ranged from a low of 55° to a high of 62° with an average of 58.9° +/-2.1°. The sound had a low of 48° and a high of 68° with an average of 59.4° +/- 4.9° with a range of 20 degrees during the month. Surf temps are blue diamonds, sound red squares.
