Although July’s temps were still above normal, as usual for July and August as well, they were pretty flat with not much variation between high and low. Surf ranged from a high of 87° to a low of 81° and averaging 83.8°+/- 1.5° and sound ranged from 89° to 84° averaging 85.8° +/- 1.3°. We often don’t hit 84 and if we do it’s not until mid to late August. By the way, get ready for the first mullet blow which is usually the last week of August or first week of September with the surf temp averaging 81°. Surf temps are blue diamonds, sound red squares.
